Palo Santo (Translation: Holy Wood) is a wooden stick derived from Bursera Graveolens, a native tree of the Yucatán Peninsula .
Palo Santo is traditionally used as a natural "incense" to enhance the facilitation of meditation, aromatherapy, and energetic purification of your space.
The aroma of Palo Santo is believed to raise spiritual vibration, boost creativity, and attract positive energy. It is also known to alleviate stress, anxiety, headaches and so much more.
Fragrance Notes of Palo Santo are reminiscent of pine, lemon and mint.
HOW TO USE:
Take one stick and light it with a candle, match or lighter. Allow the Palo Santo stick to burn for 30 seconds to a minute, then carefully blow it out. Allow the pleasant smoke fill your space and lift your spirits.
Once finished, deposit the stick in a non-flammable bowl/plate/container (preferably made of metal, glass or clay) where it will eventually burn out. Remember to always exercise caution when working with fire.
